Requirement – Serious inquiries only.  This training will require a significant amount of effort including self-paced online pre-requisites (A+ and Network+ Bootcamps) before starting the 5-day intense immersive classroom training for Security+.  This is for dedicated, disciplined personnel.

ELIGIBILITY

This course is offered exclusively to currently serving military, a veteran or a spouse of either. SPACE IS LIMITED. Register here and be prepared to show proof of service with your military ID card or DD214 and Linkedin profile prior to the course start date. More detailed course information below. It is not exclusively for folks with an IT background – we anticipate training non IT military to go into a security field where there is such a shortage of qualified applicants. That is why we will also include A+ and also Network+ training (in the form of pre-recorded 35 hour boot camps for each course) to build the best foundation for a successful Security+ boot camp.

DESCRIPTION

The Security+ Boot Camp teaches you information security theory and reinforces theory with hands-

on exercises to help you learn by doing. You will learn how to configure and operate many different technical security controls, and leave prepared to pass your Security+ course.

VetsinTech provides this training FREE OF CHARGE to transitioning members of the US Armed Forces, veterans and their spouses.  Upon completion, for those who complete all of the training modules, VetsinTech will also cover the fees to take the certification exam.  This is a training value worth over $5000.
