VetsinTech has partnered with a leading Security+ Training provider to offer a five-day hands-on Security+ Bootcamp and we will include the Sec+ Certification Exams to be done on the 5th day of the Bootcamp. The VetsinTech Security+ Boot Camp is open to all service members, military veterans, and spouses interested in going into the field of Cybersecurity, even those with little to no background in the field. That is why we give you online access to foundational training in A+ and Net+ to complete prior to starting the Sec+ course

This course includes the Sec+ certification exam everyone will take on the last day of the Bootcamp. You must be able to allocate a minimum of 40 hours to complete all of the A+ and/or Net+ training that we will give you online access before completing Sec+ prestudy that accompanies the 5-day Bootcamp.

PRE-REQUISITES:

Requirement – The VetsinTech Security+ Boot Camp is open to all service members, military veterans, and spouses interested in going into the field of Cybersecurity, even those with little to no background in the field. 1. Must already have the A+ and/or Net+ certificate active OR
2. Complete the provided online Self-Paced A+ and Net+ Training courses we provide
3. All A+/Net+ Training Material must be completed prior to jumping into Sec + PreStudy 5 day Security+ Bootcamp.
4. Students MUST be prepared to take an exam at the end of the class. You will be expected to schedule the exam and on the Monday of class and confirm with the instructor and/or ViT Education Manager that this is scheduled. We ask that you report your pass/fail to ViT and Infosec instructor.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Plan to complete the A+ and the Net+ training modules, plus a Security+ pre-study work before being admitted into the 5-day immersion course that includes taking the Exam on the Friday of the course.

* You will not be eligible to start Bootcamp if you do not complete the Pre-Requisites.

40 Hours of – Online Self-Paced study work. *You must complete the A+, Net+, and Sec+ prestudy in order to attend the Bootcamp.

5-Day Zoom Immersive Classroom Training.
