In partnership with the CEO, CTO and development teams, the Project Delivery Manager will lead the effort and is responsible for driving each project to success, ensuring delivery on-schedule, to scope, and within budget. This includes tracking resources and scheduling variances from plan, developing contingency plans to bring the project back into alignment and schedule commitments, and managing the client’s expectations.
The core duties of the role will be:
As a Project Delivery Manager you will be in the front-line working on exciting projects with our external customers. Projects will be fast-paced and challenging, and will require analysis and critical-thinking skills. Managing both the internal team’s success along with the customer relationship & expectations, the Project Delivery Manager acts as the main point of contact for the project both internally and externally.
-Leads projects by ensuring resourcing, scheduling, delegating and monitoring project tasks, and reviewing project deliverables.
-Drive the overall planning, management and completion of projects and technical implementations.
-Works closely with the Business Unit Owner and/or Product owners to achieve project objectives and timelines. Create and maintain project plans and schedules
-Manage the relationship with the client/customer throughout the project duration
-Standardize and improve project delivery processes, creating necessary documentation for training
-Responsible for all project communication, including project status reporting and organizing project meetings and documents discussion and action items
-Ability to write and assimilate technical and business requirements and delegate goals to a project team in an understandable manner
-Plan and execute Agile/Scrum methodology for software development
-Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure delivery of high quality services.
-Ensures all project documentation is created, complete, accurate, and current.
-Assist with technical investigation and problem solving
-Is responsible for technical documentation and requirements
-A minimum of 3 years as a project manager or equivalent role with experience developing project plans and delegating and tracking tasks based on the plan
-Demonstrated experience driving website or software development projects
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a must
-Previous experience using JIRA to manage tasks (Bonus)
-Proven experience working and maintaining external customer relationships
-Basic understanding of website development and user experience best-practices
-Basic understanding of SEO best-practices, and how to monitor for effectiveness (Bonus)
-Strong quantitative/analytical skills
-Ability to create exceptional written materials

-Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) to align with company hours
-MUST be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US for any employer without any restrictions.
-Must be comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
