VetsinTech Mentoring Program

Transitioning military veterans are invited to sign up for the mentorship program, which is available across VITs national chapters. Upon registering, the program matches mentors and mentees based on a series of questions related to their experiences, current skills, and desired goals. The pair then commit to a 5-week mentorship curriculum aimed at giving veterans a very tangible outcomes and next steps on their path to success.

Like all of VetsinTech programs, this mentorship opportunity programming benefits veterans pursuing various careers through the following three tracks:

  2. Tech Employment – where veterans can work with leaders in corporate hiring and culture through professional development workshops to refine their LinkedIn profiles, elevator pitches, and other key tools used during the hiring process.
  3. Tech Entrepreneurship – where veterans can learn how to start or grow a business by learning about design thinking, business law, lean methodologies, and securing VC financing.
