Nick Curry is the Head of Military and Veteran Talent Strategy at Blue Origin, where he leads a first-of-its-kind enterprise-wide initiative to engage, hire, and support veterans, military spouses, and transitioning service members across the company. With over 20 years of experience spanning the U.S. Navy, Amazon, Expedia, and USAA, Nick has built a career at the intersection of workforce strategy, inclusive hiring, and mission-driven leadership.
Nick focuses on creating pathways into high paying careers through internships, apprenticeships, and upskilling programs—especially for underrepresented communities, including the military. A longtime advocate for equitable access, Nick believes that “talent is everywhere, opportunity isn’t,” and he works to ensure that everyone has the chance to thrive as their authentic selves.
