Employer Coalition Partnership Overview
VetsinTech supports our current and returning veterans with re-integration services and by connecting them to the technology ecosystem. We are committed to bringing together a tech-specific network, resources, and programs for our veterans and military spouses interested in Education, Entrepreneurship, and Employment – the 3E's!
The VetsinTech Employer Coalition is a cornerstone of our programs and a key to our success in supporting veterans and military spouses in fulfilling technology careers. Participating technology companies join the coalition in order to grow their veteran pipeline and gain access to the talent within our community. Employer Coalition Partners gain significant opportunities for talent recruitment and brand visibility to the military community through the activities of VetsinTech.
Employer Coalition Membership
Our comprehensive partnership program includes the following benefits:
- Employer Events: Coalition Partners are invited to present job opportunities at quarterly virtual events and participate in breakout sessions to communicate directly with the community (averaging 500 veteran and military spouse registrations). These events cover topics such as new technology trends, the future of work, LinkedIn and resume reviews, and panels featuring those who have successfully landed jobs in tech.
- Coalition Member Meetings: Coalition Partners connect with other veteran recruiters to discuss best practices on translating military skills into technology careers and trends in hiring military veterans.
- Profile Database: 2 seats to our VetsinTech online resume database with Oplign.
- Technical Training: Early access to veterans completing VetsinTech training programs. We train over 1,000 veterans and spouses annually in high-demand technical skills, including web development, data science, cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, project management, cloud computing, and program management.
- Online Mentorship Program: 10 seats for your veteran employees and/or recruiters in our mentorship platform.
- National Events: Access all VetsinTech events in each city where ViT and sponsor offices co-exist (25 chapters).
- Press and Promotion: Logo and link inclusion in our press communications for special events, for more information on great activities powered by VetsinTech.
- Job Matching Program: Gain access to real-time career fair technology that allows you to match veteran and military spouse candidates directly to your open requisitions, without the need for live candidate engagement. This streamlined approach ensures your roles are aligned with the right skills and qualifications from the start.

SkillBridge Partnership
Interested in bringing on a skilled apprentice or apprentices? Have you heard of the DoD SkillBridge Program? VetsinTech serves as an employment and educational intermediary that can begin adding talent directly into your organization.
- Educational Cohort: VetsinTech can provide you with up to 30 apprentices who require additional tech training.
- Individual via Educational Programming: Talent pulled directly from Active Duty but requires additional tech training powered by VetsinTech.
- Cohort Pulled Directly from Service: Talent pulled directly from Active Duty already possessing a tech-based or tech-adjacent skill set.
- Individual Pulled Directly from Service: Talent pulled directly from Active Duty already possessing a tech-based or tech-adjacent skill set.
- Training: Don't have the time to educate your apprentices? Need assistance in finding qualified and quality talent? Engage a VetsinTech representative to learn how our apprentices are educated through one of VetsinTech's many educational offerings.
- Employment: Need an apprentice to fill a role? Want to "home grow" your talent? Engage a VetsinTech representative to learn more.

Dedicated assistance to your talent acquisition teams that provides assistance with attracting, hiring, and retaining talent from the VetsinTech network. Help your organization go from Military Friendly to Military Ready!
- Onboarding Guides: Hired talent from the Armed Forces community, but unsure as to how to best support them? Learn from the Leaders in the profession on what right looks like. From policies to integration techniques, leave of absence to workforce accommodations, VetsinTech has you covered.
- Recruitment Training: It is one thing to have the intention to hire, and it is another thing when one needs to go off and do it. Find out best practices through training sessions on how to attract, hire, and retain talent from the Armed Forces community.
- Hiring Manager Training: Your Talent Acquisition teams have the support they need, but the hiring managers do not understand the community or do not recognize the value. Sound familiar? It should and it could be one of the main reasons why your hiring numbers are low. VetsinTech has a robust Hiring Manager Training that is available for your organization to take advantage of which goes over everything from workplace bias and misconceptions to how best to welcome new joiners to the team.
